Because our products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner, please allow 2-3 business days for production and an additional 6-12 days for shipping. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship to the USA, Canada and Europe. We are working hard to expand and have our products available around the globe.

5. Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your order’s progress on the carrier’s website.

6. What is your return policy?

We do not offer returns or refunds unless the product is damaged, defective, or lost in transit. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

7. Can I cancel or modify my order?

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, if your order has already entered production, we may not be able to make changes.

8. How do I care for my art print?

To keep your art print looking its best, avoid direct sunlight and excessive moisture. For canvas prints, dust them regularly with a soft, dry cloth. With metal prints, you can use a lightly damp cloth to clean them.
